Evaluate and review the job description the client has provided:
Unique realizes the
importance of understanding exactly what the client is looking for and what the employee’s job responsibilities will entail. Your Staffing Supervisor will initially go over the job description, ask your
employee expectations, and go over any questions pertaining to the position prior to starting the recruiting process.
-
Start the recruiting processes: Because Unique has a pool of qualified applicants that
have been screened, interviewed, and evaluated, we will first search our database of personnel with credentials and experience the client has requested. Our next step is to advertise for your position with
our variety of local and national mediums, and to utilize our various on-line recruiting tools.
-
Initial pre-screening of the prospective candidates: When
advertising is placed, Unique's
job is to contact, evaluate, and assess each candidate’s skills to determine if they should be considered for the position.
-
Conduct personal interviews and skill testing with candidates: Once an applicant has been
chosen as a possible candidate, they are scheduled to come in and undergo an in depth interview with one of our Staffing Supervisors. We assess their strengths, weaknesses, work ethics, and career goals to
ensure they will be an overall match for your organization.
-
Employment verifications and reference checks: Applicants who are considered strong
candidates for the position will have their previous employment verified and reference checks conducted.
-
Clients will be presented with resumes: Your Staffing Supervisor will provide you with
resumes of candidates who would be the best overall fit for your organization. Unique will provide you with information to include their career accomplishments, an overview of their previous experience and
transferable skills, as well as feedback from their initial interview with us here at Unique.
-
Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule to interviews: Unique will contact all
candidates that have been chosen for an interview and coordinate interview times between them and the client. Unique also follows up after all interviews with both the employee and the client to address
any additional questions.
-
Work with the client to extend an offer: Once the client has chosen the candidate that
would be ideal for their team, Unique will contact the employee to make the offer, assist in any negotiation processes, and coordinate the start date for the client.
-
Follow-up and Customer Service: Unique places arrival calls and follow-up calls throughout
the employee’s assignment to ensure the employees productivity, work performance, and progress.
