Probationary Hire—90-Day Temporary to Permanent Placement

 

A Temporary to Hire opportunity is a probationary hire arrangement. The client company is looking to fill the position permanently, but would like the opportunity to evaluate the candidate’s skills, work ethic, and dependability before making the decision to bring them on permanently. Employees will be a part of the Unique  team initially. Unique will maintain the payroll of the employee to include workers compensation insurance, general liability insurance, and taxes (FICA, FUTA, SUTA and Medicare). The Client will maintain the management and scheduling of the employee. This period of time allows ample opportunity for evaluation of the employee’s performance.

 

 

Permanent Placement

 

A Permanent Placement is a direct hire with our client company. The employee will not undergo a probationary period with Unique being their employer. In a permanent placement arrangement, Unique's qualified Staffing Supervisors will recruit, pre-screen and interview all candidates to assess their skills to ensure they are qualified for the position. All clients will also conduct a formal interview with the employees before making their selection. Unique will schedule all interviews for the client company. 

 

Our Permanent Placement services are performed on a contingency fee basis only. You will only pay our recruiting and placement fee upon hiring one of our candidates.
