Temporary Placement

Employees can be used for as few as four (4) consecutive hours or on a day-to-day basis. All billing rates are per hours worked. All billing rates include workers compensation insurance, general liability insurance and taxes (FICA, FUTA, SUTA and Medicare).

 

Probationary Hire—90-Day Temporary to Permanent Placement

In a probationary hire arrangement, Unique  will maintain payroll of the employee to include workers compensation insurance, general liability insurance, and taxes (FICA, FUTA, SUTA and Medicare). The Client will maintain the management and scheduling of the employee for ninety (90) days.  During the ninety (90) day period, the client is under no obligation to employ the person for any designated time period.  After ninety (90) days, should the client desire to hire our employee on a permanent basis, there will be no further charge or obligation of the client to Unique. This period of time allows ample opportunity for evaluation of the employee’s performance.

 

Permanent Placement/Direct Hire

In a permanent placement arrangement, Unique will agree to recruit, pre-screen and schedule interviews for the Client. Unique will send resumes via fax or email to the client for review. The Client will then select qualified candidates to interview.  After the interview and selection process has been completed the Client may hire a selected candidate, at a cost based on the annual salary offered.
