Our proven performance experience in the Texas Workforce Development arena, combined with our PEO Certifications and the twelve (12) years of expertise, provides for a low financial risk to the Board. Co-Employer Relationship The Board retains workplace management and supervisory control of the "co-employees" and UniqueHR, the "employer of record", becomes the "Off-Site" Payroll, Human Resources and Safety/Risk Management Groups for the "co-employees". Payroll Processing Time Reporting is via "ezPayPlus" which is our web-based time reporting platform. Board management has 24/7 access to Time Reporting, Human Resources Reports and Payroll Reports. Payroll cycles are flexible and payment is via Direct Deposit, ATM/Debit Cash Card or Paper Check. Employee Benefits UniqueHR offers a full-range employee benefits package. At the option of the Board, should we assume the responsibilities for a portion or all of the employee benefits administration, UniqueHR is responsible for the annual negotiation and design of a competitive benefit package, enrollments, updates, terminations, COBRA compliance, HIPPA compliance, and assistance with issue resolution specific to individual Board staff. Human Resources Management UniqueHR maintains permanent employee personnel files, verifies employment eligibility, assists with a jointly authored "Employee Handbook", New Hire/Benefit Orientation, hiring, progressive discipline and termination issues, HR policy and procedures, processing state unemployment claims, and provides on-site training on EEO, ADA, FMLA, Interviewing Skills, Time Management, Harassment in the Workplace, Managing Change, Management Diversity, Progressive Discipline, Terminations, etc. Safety and Risk Management A jointly authored "Employee Accident Prevention Manual", providing safety inspections, processing accident reports and investigations, Workers' Compensation claims and audit management, prosecuting fraudulent Workers' Compensation claims, providing light duty-back to work program, and providing on-site safety training specific to the Board's requirements are the responsibilities of the UniqueHR Safety and Risk Management Group. Costing and Reimbursement Schedule We do not charge a "set-up fee" and the Board will never experience "surprise or hidden charges" of any type. Our single composite rate includes the cost of FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Workers' Compensation and the UniqueHR Administrative Fee. |
