A: Through a contractual lease-back agreement your current employees transfer to Unique Staffing. This "co-employer" relationship enables you to delegate payroll, Workers' Compensation, and benefits responsibilities to Unique while maintaining direct day to day management and supervisory control of the employees.
How does employee leasing affect my employees?
A: Employees maintain their eligibility for benefits, pay rate and job seniority they have accumulated with your company and in many cases find that they have access to better benefits through the leasing arrangement.
