History of Unique Staffing

The history of Unique Staffing begins with Unique Employment Service that has been placing workers in temporary and permanent jobs in the Corpus Christi, Texas area for thirty years. In 1992 we expanded services for our clients by becoming a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). The concept of PEO is a powerful partnership that allows Unique Staffing to offer valuable Human Resource (HR), Payroll, Safety and Health, and Claims Management services to businesses from small to large, professional to industrial.

Harvard Business Review called PEO services “the fastest growing business service in the United States during the 1990’s”. As the PEO industry has grown, so has Unique Staffing grown. From four corporate employees servicing clients in 1992 we have grown to a team of fifty-six providing access to professional highly qualified HR, Payroll, Safety and Claims Management partners.

As Unique Staffing grows in size we are also growing professionally. It is very important to our leadership that our Unique team continue their professional education and to be involved in community organizations and community activities. With this education and training we give to our clients the assurance that they can be free to concentrate on growing their business while Unique Staffing works as co-employer to provide payroll, benefits, HR and safety training, and claims management for injured employees.
