plan offered. You will find information on our major medical plan which offers great coverage through a well known national, and stable carrier. Our vision and dental programs are offered by a
respected regional carrier, with many years in experience. We also offer voluntary ancillary products that are payroll deducted. The information contained in this website pertains only to Unique Staffing employees and their dependents, this is not a program offered outside of the group.
