UniqueHR is a Professional Employer Organization more commonly known as a PEO. A PEO makes it possible for client companies to economically outsource the management of human resources, employee benefits, payroll, and workers' compensation. The client/PEO arrangement affords the client more time and opportunity to manage, compete, and grow their company while focusing on their bottom line.

UniqueHR is a Texas licensed PEO regulated by the Texas Staff Leasing Licensing Act. The Texas Act treats the client and the PEO as co-employers. Most important to PEO clients is that the PEO actually has the financial standing and professional acumen to deliver their services without failure and thus leaving the client with liabilities; for example, unpaid Federal payroll taxes! UniqueHR is one of only a few PEO's nationwide who is Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC) certified (www.ESACorp.org). This certification assures clients of our Ethical practices, demonstrated Financial Stability, and demonstrated Regulatory-Compliant Operations. This certification gives our clients a $1,000,000 surety bond as assurance and peace of mind. Additional umbrella coverage through a $5,000,000 excess surity bond is also provided to cover the performance of all ESAC accredited PEOs.

Additionally, the timely and appropriate payment of payroll taxes and benefits by Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) is a critically important element of the total human resources solution delivered to PEO business clients. UniqueHR is in full compliance with the Tax & Benefits Payment Certification Program that was established by the Certification Institute (www.certificationinstitute.org) with the support of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) to enhance industry credibility in this key service area.

Creating a safe work environment and offering employees the benefit of Workers' Compensation Insurance is costly and requires certain expertise that is often economically unfeasible to the small and medium size business. UniqueHR is in full compliance with the Certification Institute's workers' compensation risk management best practices (CI), (www.certificationinstitute.org). Unique will bring to your business the risk management expertise to create a safer working environment for your employees. Unique's Claims Management department will work with the employee and our Workers' Compensation Insurance company to get the employee back to work. In the interim we work with our co-employers to provide light duty work, once the attending physician has cleared the employee for such duties.
