SKILLS ASSESSMENT

All clerical and administrative candidates must have at least six months previous clerical experience, and/or a degree or certification to be eligible for our job opportunities. All candidates can be tested on their computer skills in-house prior to being considered for a position. We do evaluate each client’s staffing needs and only consider candidates that meet their requirements.

 

All industrial candidates are required to also have on the job work experience. All candidates interview with our experienced Industrial Staffing Supervisors to assess their skills and capabilities for our client companies. Our recruiting and training programs ensure that you receive only the most competent and capable employees. We do job site safety training and certification to ensure our employees are well equipped to do the job efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations.
