The Unique application process guarantees satisfaction in placing qualified candidates with our client companies. Each applicant will undergo an in person interview with one of our Staffing Supervisors,
skills evaluation, background and drug screening for specified positions, and employment verification and reference checking. Only candidates who successfully complete each step in the process will be placed
with our client companies.

Clerical Application Process:
Unique Employment accepts applications Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Your resume and two forms of ID are required for all clerical candidates to be considered. Please allow at least one hour of your time for
the application and interview process. Skills testing may also take additional time. Candidates must have at least 6 months previous clerical experience, or a degree or certification.

Industrial Application Process:
Unique Employment accepts
applications Monday thru Friday, hours 8-4. Two forms of I.D. are required for all industrial candidates to be considered. Please allow at least one hour of your time for the application and interview

Complete New Hire Form which include 1-9 and w-4 forms

Employee has face to face interview with Placement Supervisor which includes
employee handbook review

Employee then has to pass the Drug Screen and Background Check

he is either sent to the job/client to start work by the Placement
Supervisor or Will have an interview with the client company

if chosen by the client for the assignment, he will work as Unique Temporary
employee

If not selected by the client, Unique will continue to
consider employee for other positions.
