Lindsay Henry

Mrs. Henry is a graduate of Texas A&M University – College Station, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development with an emphasis in technology management. She previously worked for one of the world’s leading and largest global Human Resource Consulting firms. Mrs. Henry managed extensive leave of absence cases, FMLA, worker’s compensation, and short and long-term disability. Her responsibilities also included the creating and implementing of new hire training programs, and in-depth training and experience in conflict resolution. Her background also includes working as a recruiter in the corporate headquarters of an elite and well-known department store. Mrs. Henry assisted with the employment process through recruitment, education, retention, and career development. In conjunction with her human resources background and education, along with her ability to provide outstanding customer service, Mrs. Henry will offer exceptional service to both the clients and employees. Currently she is a member and holds the leadership position of Secretary/Treasurer for the BNI South Texas Third Coast Business Network Chapter. |

Dominique Olivarez

Ms. Olivarez is currently pursuing a degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Business Administration at Texas A&M University-CC. Her background includes working for a large Fortune 500 Firm where she was involved in coordinating multiple phases of the hiring process. She also was responsible for general Human Resources duties to include Payroll, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, Short-Term Disability, OSHA, Benefits, and was the liaison for 305 employees. She is an Ambassador for the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce and is a member of BNI South Texas (Business Development Group). Ms. Olivarez attends to Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, and Placement for Unique Employment Services. With her previous Human Resources and Customer Service experience she brings with her the ability to provide superior service to both employees and clients.

Mr. Leal is a graduate of Del Mar College and Texas A&M University-College Station. He holds degrees in Political Science and Marine Science. He also obtained Texas Department of Insurance licenses for General Lines Agent: Life, Accident, Health & HMO, Property and Casualty as well as an Adjuster license for Property and Casualty. He is also a Certified Commercial Mediator (CCM) in compliance with section 154.052(a) of Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code. Mr. Leal has held positions with major insurance carriers and independent claims adjusting organizations. He also worked for a major industrial manufacture in operations. He will use his extensive background to accomplish your desired goals.

Ms. Stanford is currently attending Del Mar College minoring in Nursing and majoring in Pre-Med. She previously worked for the City of Corpus Christi and assisted in executing multi-million dollar contracts. Ms. Stanford has a heart to serve people which have afforded her many worldwide expeditions. During these times, she traveled alongside an elite team providing humanitarian aid to twenty-three countries including the feeding centers and orphanages in the poorest parts of Africa. In 2008, she helped coordinate and co-lead a team into Berlin, Germany. Ms. Stanford always goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service to both clients and employees.

Mrs. Martinez is pursuing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Phoenix, majoring in Business Administration. She continues the building blocks of her success with her professional drive and extensive background in Human Resources, Training, Quality Assurance, and Recruiting. This experience has paved the way to her position as Staffing Assistant at Unique Employment Services. Mrs. Martinez has proudly received three awards for Outstanding Customer Service, as well as previously holding a seat as an Ambassador for the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce.
