Laura Alvarez
Mrs. Alvarez is a Corpus
Christi native who recently returned to the Coastal Bend
Area. Over the past ten years, she has held various
positions in recruiting, staffing, administration and
Human Resource Departments. These positions include, HR
Coordinator, Staffing Supervisor and Branch Manager for
national staffing agencies, located in San Antonio,
Phoenix, and Atlanta. She has experience in recruiting,
payroll, staffing, behavioral
interviewing, training, business development, and
management. She is committed to providing Unique
Employment Services to all existing or potential
customers and employees. She holds a bachelor’s degree
from Arizona State University-West.

Michael Escobar
Mr. Escobar brings to us an extensive Oilfield and Petrochemical background with both sales and field
service. He has held the title of North American Safety Representative for a fortune 500 firm with duties ranging from Radiological to Explosives. Mr. Escobar served in the United States Air Force
as a Combat controller for the 67th Special Operations Squadron at R.A.F. Woodbridge, Suffolk U.K. With Mr. Escobar’s experience dealing with
employees, employers and the men and women of the armed forces he brings a solid foundation to the Staffing Industry. As an Employment Placement Recruiter Mr. Escobar will use his talents to help
you find that candidate who will make the difference in your organization. |

Dominique Olivarez
Ms. Olivarez is currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Sciences
with a minor in Spanish at Texas A&M University-CC. Her background includes working for
a large Fortune 500 Firm where she was involved in coordinating multiple phases of the hiring process. She also was responsible for
general Human Resources duties to include Payroll, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, Short-Term Disability, OSHA, Benefits, and was the liaison for 305 employees. She is currently in the process of
pursuing her certification through the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. She is an Embajador for the Corpus
Christi Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Olivarez attends to Sales,
Marketing, Recruitment, and Placement for Unique Employment Services. With her previous Human Resources
and Customer Service experience she brings with her the ability to provide superior service to both employees and clients.

Steve Leal
Mr. Leal is a graduate of Del Mar College and Texas A & M University-College Station. He holds degrees in Political Science and Marine
Science. He also obtained Texas Department of Insurance licenses for General Lines Agent: Life, Accident, Health & HMO, Property and Casualty as well as an Adjuster license for
Property and Casualty. He is also a Certified Commercial Mediator (CCM) in compliance with section 154.052(a) of Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code. Mr. Leal has held
positions with major insurance carriers and independent claims adjusting organizations. He also worked for a major industrial manufacture in operations.He will use his extensive
background to accomplish your desired goals.

Lindsay Thaler
Ms. Thaler is a graduate of Texas A&M University – College Station, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development with
an emphasis in technology management. She previously worked for one of the world’s leading and largest global Human Resource Consulting firms. Ms. Thaler managed extensive leave of absence cases,
FMLA, worker’s compensation, and short and long-term disability. Her responsibilities also included the creating and implementing of new hire training programs, and in-depth training and
experience in conflict resolution. Her background also includes working as a recruiter in the corporate headquarters of an elite and well-known department store.
Ms. Thaler assisted with the employment process through recruitment, education, retention, and career development. In conjunction with her human resources background and education, along with
her ability to provide outstanding customer service, Ms. Thaler will offer exceptional service to both the clients and employees. Ms. Thaler attends to Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Placement
