projects to ensure compliance with adopted codes and
ordinances. Assists Plan Review Coordinator with
implementing City and department polices. Coordinates code
issues between plan examination staff and inspection staff.
Coordinates interpretations of building codes, FEMA
requirements, and Texas Department of Insurance
requirements. |

Requirements
|
Minimum
qualifications are HS graduate or GED, with three years of
related work experience or any equivalent combination of
education, experience, or training. Must be able to obtain
a Coastal Construction Inspection Certification and an ICC
Residential Plans Examiner certification. |
